Dan joined Manley Burke as an associate in 2002 after he completed a judicial clerkship with the Missouri Court of Appeals in St. Louis. Dan practices in the areas of fraternal law, local government, eminent domain, constitutional law and land use/zoning. A large amount of Dan's work is protecting the associational rights of Greek organizations and college students.

Dan received his undergraduate degree from the University of Missouri in 1999, where he studied history and political science, and his law degree from St. Louis University in 2002. Dan is licensed in, and a member of, the Bar Associations in Ohio, Missouri and Illinois. Dan is also a member of the Cincinnati Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
