Kathleen A. Farro is our staff Urban Planner. She is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati's School of Planning, DAAP. Prior to joining us, Kathleen worked as a Planning Co-op for the planning department of Edwards & Kelcey, an Engineering, Design, Planning and Construction Management Firm, the environmental planning division of Landrum & Brown, a Commercial Aviation Consulting Firm, and in the long-range and current planning departments of the Northern Kentucky Area Planning Commission. She has been a member of the American Planning Association, from 2002 to the present.
