Pamela Newport Wolf joined the firm in September of 2005 and currently focuses on Labor & Employment law, concentrating on union-side labor law, employment discrimination, and immigrant workers’ rights, and Immigration Law.   

Pamela earned her B.A. in Communications with Honors and an Undergraduate Certificate in Women’s Studies from the University of Cincinnati.  She holds an M.A. in Women’s Studies (2004) from the University of Cincinnati College of Arts & Sciences and a J.D. in Law (2005) from the University of Cincinnati College of Law.  During law school, Pamela was an Arthur Russell Morgan Fellow with the Urban Morgan Institute for Human Rights.  During her Fellowship, Pamela was a summer extern in London, UK with the GMB (Britain’s General Union) and in Amsterdam, Netherlands with Humanitas, a non-profit organization.  Pamela also served on the Editorial Staff for the Human Rights Quarterly, which is recognized as the leading academic journal in the human rights field, and she was an Associate Member of the Immigration and Nationality Law Review.  Pamela also earned several student awards, including the Labor & Employment Law Award.

Pamela is a member of the Cincinnati Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the AFL-CIO Lawyers Coordinating Committee, and the National Lawyers Guild Labor & Employment Committee. Pamela is admitted to practice law in Ohio and the U.S. District Court Southern District of Ohio.
