Robert H. Mitchell joined our firm in January, 1995, and became a principal in March, 1997. He has practiced since 1986 primarily in the fields of labor and employment, employee benefits, ERISA and litigation. He has extensive experience in NLRB proceedings, labor contract negotiations, labor arbitration, and labor and employment law litigation.
