Gary M. Eby
Mr. Eby's practice concentrated in the area of Union side labor law in the public and private sector; involving all aspects of labor union representation including arbitrations and representation before state and federal courts and agencies. He also concentrates in the area of representation of multi-employer (Taft-Hartley) employee benefit plans. His representative clients are in the printing, building and construction trades, manufacturing and communications industries; as well as government employees.
