James M. Cooney
Mr. Cooney’s practice focuses on civil litigation, land use and zoning law, and local governmental law. During law school he interned in the City of Cincinnati Solicitor’s Office, where he worked on cases involving the appropriation of property, historic landmark designation, and other local government and municipal law issues. Mr. Cooney is also a musician and is active in the local music scene.
