Julia B. Carney

Ms. Carney's practice focuses on civil litigation, land use and zoning law, eminent domain and historic preservation law. In addition, she has extensive experience with local government and municipal law, previously serving as an Assistant City Solicitor for the City of Cincinnati. Before and during law school Ms. Carney was city planner for government entities in Ohio and Kentucky.
