Kathleen A. Farro

Urban Planner

Ms. Farro is our staff Urban Planner. She is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati's School of Planning, DAAP, and is currently a student at the Northern Kentucky University Chase College of Law.  Her prior work experience includes work for both private planning firms and government planning departments.  Her work at Manley Burke is primarily in the areas of zoning and land use, and includes the drafting of zoning ordinances for local governments, working as planning staff for local governments, and assisting of clients through various development and zoning-related application processes.
