Kathleen F. Ryan

Attorney and Urban Planner

Kathleen’s practice focuses on civil litigation, land use and zoning law, eminent domain, civil rights, and local government law. During law school she participated in the Volunteer Lawyers Wills Clinic at the Legal Aid Society of Greater Cincinnati where she assisted low-income individuals with their estate planning needs.  Prior to becoming an Associate, Kathleen served as Manley Burke’s in-house urban planner for eight years, where she worked as planning staff for local governments, drafted zoning codes, and assisted clients with various planning and zoning-related matters.
