Manley Burke, LPA Announces Two New Shareholders
Manley Burke is pleased to announce two new shareholders: Emily T. Supinger and Daniel J. McCarthy.
Supinger serves as the Law Director for the Village of Woodlawn in Hamilton County and the Village of Moscow in Clermont County. Voted a Rising Star by Ohio Super Lawyers Magazine, Supinger also practices in the areas of civil litigation, property rights, zoning and land use, eminent domain, municipal law, civil rights, and labor and employment law. Supinger graduated from the Cincinnati Academy of Leadership for Lawyers (CALL) in 2009, and is active in the Cincinnati Bar Association, where she previously served as Chair of the Local Government Law Committee. She is also active in the community, including serving as a Mock Trial Coach at St. Ursula Academy.
McCarthy's practice is focused on three main areas: fraternal law, land use/municipal law and personal injury. He is the monitor of the National Anti-Hazing Hotline and is the Editor of Fraternal Law, a publication focused on legal issues involving Greek letter organizations. McCarthy is a member of the Cincinnati Academy of Leadership for Lawyers (CALL) 2012 class. In addition to Ohio, he is licensed to practice law in Missouri and Illinois. In the community, McCarthy coaches his daughter's soccer team and completed the 2011 Marine Corps Marathon with the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Team in Training.
