Fraternal Law

The Fraternal Law newsletter identifies legal issues presented to fraternities and sororities with a goal of preventing these issues from evolving into serious legal difficulties. Our publication deals with subjects such as housing, alcohol abuse, hazing, fraternity foundations, relationships between universities and fraternities, etc. Many issues also involve current tax information.

Our subscribers include student members of fraternities and sororities, advisers and legal counsel to these groups, college and university libraries, administrators and student organizations, and many sorority and fraternity executive offices.
