Fraternal Organizations

Manley Burke represents fraternal organizations across the country. We serve as national counsel for a number of national sororities and fraternities, and are called in as special counsel to advise and represent clients on the numerous issues that face fraternal organizations. We advise organizations on issues of policy, risk management, rights and, when necessary, litigation.

We publish the legal reporter Fraternal Law and host our Fraternal Law Conference on a triennial basis.
