Our extensive experience representing fraternal organizations makes us uniquely qualified to serve as special counsel to fraternal groups facing various legal matters. In addition to serving as general counsel to a number of international Greek organizations, Manley Burke also publishes Fraternal Law quarterly during the academic year. Manley Burke also monitors the National Anti-Hazing Hotline, which is currently sponsored by 32 national and international men's and women's fraternities and sororities. The Hazing Hotline, 1-888-NOT-HAZE, serves as a deterrent to prevent hazing primarily on college campuses throughout the United States.

In addition to providing legal representation to fraternal organizations, we also publish Fraternal Law, a newsletter dedicated to providing the latest news and insights on legal issues related to them. We host our Fraternal Law Conference on a triennial basis.
