Andrew’s higher education and fraternal law practice spans the full range of issues facing colleges, universities, and Greek-letter organizations—including hazing liability, risk management, and governance disputes. He has represented national fraternal organizations and their chapters in high-profile civil litigation arising from alleged hazing incidents that attracted significant national media attention, including cases involving claims of anti-hazing statute violations, negligent supervision, and civil conspiracy. Andrew’s firsthand understanding of fraternal organizations—informed by his active volunteer leadership role as an officer on the International Executive Council of a national fraternity—gives him a distinctive perspective in advising clients on the legal and operational risks unique to higher education and the Greek-letter community.

Beyond his fraternal and higher education work, Andrew regularly advises businesses, non-profit organizations, and institutions on a broad range of commercial disputes and regulatory matters. Before joining Manley Burke LPA’s Chicago office, Andrew practiced at a national law firm and began his legal career as a judicial extern to U.S. Magistrate Judge Lynne A. Sitarski in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Outside of his practice, Andrew is an Eagle Scout, avid traveler, and fitness enthusiast who most enjoys spending time with his three young children.
