Christina E. Carriere Lutz
Christina E. Carriere Lutz, J.D., focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation, representing businesses and individuals in high-stakes disputes. She is known for delivering strategic, practical counsel that helps clients manage litigation risk while pursuing efficient, favorable outcomes.
Christina has represented a diverse range of clients, including multinational corporations, financial institutions, closely held and family-owned businesses, retailers and distributors, emerging startups, and high-net-worth individuals. Her experience includes contract disputes, shareholder, partner, and member conflicts, employment-related claims, real estate litigation, fiduciary and probate disputes, and sales representative commission matters.
Her work has earned consistent recognition within the legal community. Christina has been named to The National Black Lawyers Top 100 Attorneys for the past four years and was recognized by Crain’s Chicago Business as a Notable Rising Star in Law. She was also selected as one of 40 Illinois Attorneys Under Forty to Watch by the publishers of Chicago Lawyer and the Chicago Daily Law Bulletin.
Before joining Manley Burke LPA, Christina was active in big-law leadership, serving as Chair of a diversity, equity, and inclusion committee and as a member of a promotion committee.
