Emily concentrates her practice on litigation. As an experienced litigator, Emily focuses on representing her clients both in and out of court. Her diverse practice areas include employment, municipal law, planning and zoning, real estate, corporate matters, and probate and estate planning. She is committed to helping both businesses and individuals navigate complex and often challenging legal situations with practical guidance and dedicated advocacy.

In addition to her core practice areas, Emily has expanded her litigation work into the unique and evolving field of fraternal law, representing organizations and members in governance, compliance, and dispute-resolution matters. She believes strongly that the best way to advocate is to educate and regularly conducts training for individuals and organizations on governance and risk mitigation measures.

Within Business & Corporate Law, Emily has focused on HIPAA compliance and other regulatory compliance. Emily is experienced in assisting businesses to develop and implement HIPAA-related policies. She has conducted workforce trainings for both small and large entities to ensure compliance with HIPAA and other federal regulations.

Beyond her professional work, Emily is deeply invested in her community. She volunteers her time and talents to support local initiatives and organizations, believing that strong community engagement is an extension of her work as an advocate. Most recently, Emily has joined the Holly Hill Child and Family Services Board of Directors in the hopes of assisting in efforts to advocate for children and families in crisis.

A proud mother of three, Emily is also actively involved in youth swimming, where she aims to support and encourage young athletes in their growth both in and out of the pool.
