Jacklyn’s practice areas include corporate, real estate and taxation. Jacklyn has experience with many of the issues specific to nonprofit and tax exempt organizations, including seeking and maintaining tax exempt status, corporate governance matters, grant-making and registration under state charitable solicitation laws. Jacklyn also has experience with for-profit corporate law and transactions including forming new businesses, preparation and review of contracts, and general corporate governance matters.  Jacklyn’s experience also includes a variety of both commercial and residential real estate matters, including buying and selling, financing, drafting and reviewing leases and construction and architectural services agreements.
